The University awarded a contract for legal services to provide advice and representation to assist University of Illinois at Chicago Mile Square Health Center in the negotiation of a lease related to the Notice of Federal Interest required by health Resources & Services Administration involving the relocation of the South Shore Clinic. This law firm was selected based upon their experience in representing clients who have been awarded or are applying for grants from the federal Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), and their expertise in regulations and procedures relating to the perfection of HRSA's Notice of Federal interest.
