Change Order
Published Tuesday January 23, 2007
Change Order amount: $91,600

The reason for this change order is to increase the amount to $248,000 since the power plant operation requires an increase usage for coal slagging fuel additive. This increase is required because of problems with coal feeders which requires additional use of chemicals to treat the coal prior to combustion. Since the original requirement ($156,400) was established as a minimum standard, this change order is within the original scope of the project. Also, due to administrative changes at the University, Amy Roberts is now the buyer for this commodity.
