The National Center for Supercomputing Applications (NCSA) is seeking proposals to provide technical specifications on facility requirements to support the development of a Technology, Research, Education and Commercialization Center (TRECC) at the DuPage County Airport Administration Building in DuPage County, Illinois.

Information regarding multi-disciplinary architectural design experience and actual design experience of at least 2 advanced technology centers that included such factors as feasibility studies, review and analysis of the work of others, museum/theater lighting experience, audio/video/acoustical experience, human factors engineering experience is requested. Respondents are expected to demonstrate a global understanding of present and projected advanced computing, communications and information technology.
