for implementation partner services for Decision Support.

These services will be used to assist in the planning and execution of a new Decision Support function. Central to the implementation plan are actions that (1) help University staff develop industry-standard procedures related to data warehousing and (2) assist University personnel in developing and optimizing comprehensive project implementation, operation, and maintenance strategies. Specifically, the University desires services in the areas of planning and management, technical planning and management, data architecture and life cycle, requirements management, and business intelligence services. Other implementation responsibilities may be negotiated as the engagement goes forward.

Proposers must provide a program plan describing the programs, assumptions, commitments, and expectations of the proposer in providing the services required by the University as well as other information regarding proposers qualifications. (Submitted by Katharine Kral, State Purchasing Officer.)
