for general legal services related to technology transfer and licensing.

The Office of Technology Management is responsible for licensing out University- owned intellectual property. General legal services are needed from time to time to assist in areas such as: drafting and review of licenses as well as other agreements related to technology transfer, advice on legal rights, and advice on licensing strategies.

The University is also seeking business consultants to provide commercialization services for technology developed on its Urbana campus.
