for marketing and public relations for the University of Illinois College of Business.

The College seeks to enhance its image in the Chicago metropolitan area and to promote its programs. Target audiences include alumni and supporters, corporate leaders, opinion makers, and the general public. Specific goals are: 1) to increase public awareness and visibility of the College of Business name, identity, programs, and stature among specific targeted groups, including alumni, prospective students, parents of prospective students, the corporate community, the business community, political decision makers, the press, and the general public; 2) to cultivate and manage the College's media and broadcast presence and event presence in the Chicago metropolitan area; and 3) to positively impact measurable outcomes as defined in the RFP.

The Proposer must provide a Program Plan to support its proposal. This Program Plan should describe the programs, assumptions, commitments, and expectations of the Proposer in providing the services required by the University. The Program Plan should also include reporting commitments and specific suggestions regarding communication, planning, and performance review.
