The existence of the University's Oracle site-license has caused many units on campus to examine or deploy the Oracle relational database management system (DBMS). The key to successful deployment of such systems is having knowledgeable administrators. The University is seeking a training service to present 2 courses on the use of Oracle programs at the University's facilities. The required courses are: (1) Introduction to Oracle 9i for experienced SQL Users and (2) A combined, tailored course consisting of Oracle 9i Database Administrators Fundamentals I and Oracle 9i Database Administrators Fundamentals II. These courses would be presented twice for a total of 4 classes.
Information regarding courses offered, time periods available, and the ability to provide Oracle certified instructors and all training material necessary to present the courses utilizing approved Oracle curricula as well as other information will be required.
The opening date of April 1 last given on this notice and the notice itself were published in error. This bid opened March 13.
