During FY 2003 (July 1, 2002 - June 30, 2003), a comprehensive marketing strategy and brand identity was developed with the assistance of an outside consultant. The Illinois Fire Service Institute is now seeking a firm who can successfully execute the FY2004 marketing plan, as laid out in the Marketing Plan document.
Information regarding recent marketing experience, relationships with major media, and other information is requested.
