for conducting two property appraisals and providing reports.

The selected appraiser will be expected to complete two market value appraisal reports on properties identified in the RFP. The appraiser shall prepare a report pursuant to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). USPAP outlines "specific requirements" to be utilized in the preparation of appraisal reports. In addition, reports must follow the appraisal guidelines indicated in the request for proposal.

Information including appraiser's experience, training, etc. will be required.
