Comments:
The bids were evaluated on a section or line-by-line basis for each of 10 sections. Four other companies were issued purchase orders, all of which were below the $27,400 bid level. There are options to renew this bid for three one-year periods (Fiscal Year 2005 through Fiscal Year 2007) based upon a continuing need and the availability of funds.
The University award process may be delayed up to thirty days as this award goes through a state approval process.
This amendment is to extend the opening date to May 1, 2003 to allow vendors more time to respond.

These items will be used for the school year 2003-2004 in all 18 divisions of Intercollegiate Athletics sports.
The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents.
Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
