for a period of
10-years subject to an option to terminate after 5 years and two 5-year renewal options.
This property will be used for
administrative support offices and classroom training facilities.
Space requirements are up to 25,000 sq. ft. phased occupancy; 8/1,000 sq. ft. of parking ratio after normal business hours; space availability October 1, 2006; HVAC availability after hours; building top signage availability and building/space access 24/7.
