The University wishes to lease office space for its 4-H and Extension units located at Urbana-Champaign on or in close proximity to the UIUC campus for a period of 5 years, with single year renewal options. This property will be used for administrative support offices.
Space needs are estimated to be between 10,000 to 13,000 sq. ft.
State-of-the-art building amenities must include:
- Campus backbone connectivity
- Ground floor with easy access points
- Ample on-site parking
