The University wishes to lease office space located at multiple locations, some in close proximity to the UIUC campus for a period of 5-10 years. This property will be used for support office space.

Some of these leases will be for the University Foundation; others will be for University departments.
Space needs range from as little as 10,000 sq. ft. to as much as 35,000 sq. ft. in a single location and may total between 70,000 to 80,000 sq. ft.

State of the art building amenities, including campus backbone connectivity will be required by the majority of units; however, equivalent network alternatives may be considered.
