The Board of Trustees of Western Illinois University hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the a dining hall addition project (Bid # PH0111).

This bid opening is for the following subdivisions of work: 1. Plumbing, 2. Heating, 3. Ventilating, 4. Electrical, and 5. Food Service Equipment.

Bids will be received up to the hour of 11:45 AM local time, on Tuesday, November 7, 2000. Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.

Due to our inability to modify some sentences in the Bulletin you should disregard the sentence above that read, "immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and reads." Bids will actually be opened publicly and read November 7, 2000 at 1:40 PM local time in the Springfield Room of the University Union building. Bids will be received until 11:45 a.m. local time in the Purchasing Office, Sherman Hall 227.

A pre-bid conference will be held in the Board Room of the University Union Building on the campus of Western Illinois University on October 12, 2000 at 1:30 p.m. local time.
