Western Illinois University is seeking architectural/engineering services for the following project: The renovation of Memorial Hall to house the following functions: Speech and Hearing Clinic, Department of Communications, Satellite Education Network, the School of Extended and Continuing Education, classroom space and various academic and student services functions. Project is to include asbestos abatement design and administration in advance of building construction work. Minor remodeling of other buildings for units displaced by Memorial Hall renovation to be included. The total budget for this project is $12,000,000.

Submittal of qualifications must include: 1. Copy of CDB prequalification. 2. Standard Form 255. 3. Examples of projects of a similar nature, including an owner contact person for each example. 4. Additional information you feel may be useful.

Three copies of submittals should be sent to Michael Hott, QBS Committee Chair, Western Illinois University, One University Circle, Physical Plant, Macomb, IL 61455.

Submittals must be received by 4:00 p.m. on October 1, 2001.
