Project Description
Provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to remove the existing chillers, pumps, electrical gear, and associated piping, conduits, and supports in Dining Hall Mechanical Room and Residence Hall Mechanical/Electrical Room of Western Illinois University's Thompson Hall, Macomb, IL. Install two (2) new chillers (Owner-furnished), pumps, electrical gear including electrical substation (Owner-furnished), and associated piping, conduits, controls, supports, and auxiliary equipment, including upgrade existing cooling tower and construction of new electrical room. All work to be completed as specified in the drawings, specifications, and project manual.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting and mandatory site visit will be held on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at 10:00 AM CST at WIU's Grigsby Physical Plant large training room, Macomb, IL. The site visit will be held immediately following the meeting.
