Western Illinois University is accepting proposals to provide vending equipment, snack/cold snack products, dairy products, hot drink, carbonated beverages/non-carbonated beverages, feminine hygiene, condoms, and vending services to various university facilities on the Macomb, Illinois campus. Vendors are to provide all facets of a successful vending operation as described in this request for proposal. The initial 5-year contract, with an estimated start date of September 1, 2020, will include one optional 5-year renewal.
A mandatory pre-submission conference and site visit will be held in the Brattain Lounge on the University Union 1st floor. Attendance will be limited to one (1) representative per vendor due to social distancing measures. Vendors must email Lora Lidaywa at LJ-Lidaywa@wiu.edu by 12:00 PM CST on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 to register for attendance. Once all registrations are received, the University will email each attendee additional details, including date, time, and University pre-screening instructions for building access. See Section 1.5 of the RFP document for additional information.
All submissions must be mailed/shipped to WIU's Document and Publication Services (DPS). See Section 1.6 of the RFP document for additional information.
