Materials, equipment and labor to renovate the Western Illinois University Digital Rec Center as shown on the plans and specifications.
Mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at 1:30 pm CST at the Western Illinois University Digital Rec Center, 717 West Adams St., Macomb, Illinois. Additional Information: The pre-bid meeting and site visit will be limited to one (1) representative per vendor due to social distancing measures. Vendors must email Cindy Baxter at CA-Baxter@wiu.edu by 12:00 PM CST on Friday, July 17, 2020 to register for attendance. Include the following information for registration: Vendor name; Name of attending representative; Email address of attending representative; Contact number of attending representative (preferably cell phone) Once all registrations are received, the University will email each attendee additional details, including date, time, and University pre-screening instructions for building access. A mandatory site visit is required so potential vendors can tour the existing facilities to ascertain exact requirements, scope of the project, and existing conditions. Later claims for extra compensation due to existing conditions will not be honored.
