Project Description
The University is seeking professional architectural/engineering services to develop schematic design options, potential renderings and pre-budgetary numbers for a programming study for the University Union. The study will outline the University's direction for the University Union's future. Services may include design for projects resulting from the study if the University decides to proceed. Any additional services would be at the sole option of the University.

Submittals of qualifications must include:
  • One page summary of why your firm should be considered for selection on this particular project.
  • Standard Form 255.
  • Minimum of three relevant references.
  • Examples of projects of a similar nature, including project estimates and actual construction costs, provide an owner contact for each example.
  • Additional information you feel may be useful.
Only those firms which meet the following qualifications will be considered:
  • Submitted 3 copies of their qualifications.
  • Licensed to practice as an architect, landscape architect, or engineer in the State of Illinois.
  • Registered and authorized to do business in the State of Illinois.
  • Utilize an AutoCAD compatible system to provide documents.
Selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
