Western Illinois University is seeking an exemption for annual membership and programming services to WQPT.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for programming and broadcast license rights for university-operated radio and television stations(30 ILCS 500 / 1-13(b)(7)) The vendor will supply public television programs for WQPT.
