Project Description
The project includes all labor and material specified in the project manual and drawings for the installation of a new access control system, doors, door hardware, general construction, and an alternate for fiber optic backbone cabling for Grote, Lincoln, and Washington residence halls on the Macomb campus.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, February 9, 2012 at 10:00 am local time at WIU's Vice President for Administrative Services conference room, Sherman Hall 200, Macomb, IL.
Any award will be subject to the Responsible Bidder provisions of the Illinois Procurement Code, including, but not limited to payment of prevailing wage, utilizing equal employment opportunity hiring practices in connection with the project, and participating in applicable apprenticeship programs.
