The bid also provides per unit pricing for possible additional repairs not in the base bid specifications due to unknown conditions needing repair at demolition. $11.00 sq/ft slate replacement tile; $17.50 sq/ft gypsum veneer plastering; $35.00 sq/ft vinyl wall covering.
The University award process may be delayed up to thirty days as this award goes through a state approval process.

All labor, material and equipment necessary to remodel the first floor lobby of Thompson Hall on the campus of Western Illinois University, Macomb, IL as per the project plans and specifications. A Mandatory Pre-bid meeting will be held March 17, 2014 at 1:15 pm at WIU's Grigsby Physical Plant large training room. Site visit is required.
