All labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove existing HVAC system and related items and replace with new in the Registrar’s Office, Sherman Hall 110 on the campus of Western Illinois University, Macomb, IL, per the attached specifications and drawings. Existing system to be removed is an approximately 4,000 CFM air handling unit. Project includes complete air cooled direct expansion (DX) refrigeration condensing unit, steam heating coil, electrical upgrades, and digital control system. Prevailing wage rates for McDonough County, Illinois apply.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at 1:30 PM CST at WIU’s Sherman Hall 224 conference room, Macomb, IL. A site visit will immediately follow. Vendor questions must be in written form and submitted no later than 4:00 PM CST on Wednesday, May 6, 2015.
