All labor, material, and equipment necessary to install one new greenhouse facility foundation at Western Illinois University School of Agriculture's University Farm, 2265 Wigwam Hollow Road, Macomb, IL. Work to include utility infrastructure and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing as per the attached drawings and project manual. WIU will be purchasing the greenhouse directly from the manufacturer, Nexus Corporation. Coordination with Nexus will be part of the responsibility of the awarded contractor.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held Monday, June 27, 2016 at 1:15 PM CST at WIU's Grigsby Physical Plant large training room, Macomb, IL. A site visit will be held immediately following the meeting.
