The Athletic Department of Western Illinois University is seeking bids for three round-trip flights in September and October of 2017. Western Illinois University reserves the right to take the overall lowest bid or to split the bid based upon lowest individual trip prices. A letter from the air charter operator indicating that a plane meeting the specifications is available on the time and dates requested will be required.
