One proposer's offer was withdrawn as original proposal terms could not be met and three bids were rejected for failure to provide a Board of Election certification and were not evaluated: Constellation New Energy $.217 basis; Integrys Energy Services $.3000 basis; Center Point Energy $.33 basis; and, Proliance $.125 MMBTU. A minority goal was not established for this contract.

Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. Proposal documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
