Western Illinois University is seeking to implement a comprehensive cloud-based contract management solution. Our desire would be a system with licensing for unlimited documents and a concurrent user licensing system. The purpose is to provide a central repository for contract information, provide for digital signatures and improve routing efficiency.
A voluntary pre-submission conference will be held virtually on Friday, December 10, 2021 at 11:00 AM CST. To obtain the Zoom link, email LJ-Lidaywa@wiu.edu. Additional information is included in section 1.5 of the RFP document.

The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
