All labor, material, and equipment necessary to supply and install a new greenhouse facility at the WIU University Farm, 2265 Wigwam Hollow Road, Macomb, IL, for the Department of Agriculture, consisting of one (1) 16’ x 48’ x 13’ eave height greenhouse module and all associated equipment as specified in the drawings and project manual. Final project completion must be on or before August 31, 2014.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at 10:00 am local time at the WIU University Farm - Livestock Center, 2265 Wigwam Hollow Road, Macomb, IL. A site visit will be held immediately following the meeting.
