Western Illinois University is seeking proposals from bona fide, qualified contractors who are an experienced technology consultant or firm and interested in providing assistance in establishing the structure of activities related to evaluating WIUâ??s mission critical core set of administrative information systems and mapping these capabilities against the Universityâ??s current and future needs. Western Illinois Universityâ??s goal is to improve business processes in order to be more efficient and effective.
A pre-proposal meeting will be held at WIU's Physical Plant large training room, Macomb, IL, on Thursday, January 15, 2015 at 1:30 PM local time. It is preferred that vendors attend the pre-proposal meeting in person. If a vendor is not able to attend, they can join by teleconference. The call-in information will be posted in an addendum prior to the meeting date/time.
