Bidders are strongly encouraged to carefully review the proposal document for state requirements, and confirm they have met the requirements before returning their proposal. This includes signing the bid, the BEP Utilization Plan, Form A or B which describes the requirements for being registered with the IL Dept of Human Rights, the IL Board of Elections, and the IL Secretary of State's office, as well as marking the Required Components on page 18. Proposals not meeting these requirements will be considered non-responsive.
Respondents are also encouraged to address ALL of the bid specifications in their detailed narrative, using the same numbering system as in the solicitation. Proposals with gaps or missing information will be marked down.

Submit 6 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. There is no BEP goal for this procurement. The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
