Western Illinois University - Quad Cities campus' public television station WQPT operates its program service through an agreement that outsources the master control operation and traffic services to an outside agency. WQPT needs to maintain a seamless program service to the Quad Cities communities, and is seeking bids for master control and program signal delivery to its transmitter in Orion, Illinois (2880 N 1100 Ave, Lynn Center, IL 61273 in Henry County) and traffic services for up to the next seven years.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference call will be held Thursday, August 1, 2019 at 9:00 am CST. Interested bidders can call-in at 309-298-3680.
