While $125,000 per year is our current level of funding, we anticipate that we could spend greater amounts on digital marketing services in future years as funding hopefully becomes available.

Addendum 2 has been added. Vendors, remember that Packet 5 (BEP Participation and Utilization Plan) must be included in your submission at the time of bid opening. The bid opening date remains the same. Today, May 9th, is the last day to submit questions.
Note the procurement now has a BEP goal. Bidders MUST include a BEP Participation and Utilization Plan in ALL cases or your bid may be considered non-responsive. See addendum 1 attached. Bidders are strongly encouraged to carefully review the proposal document for state requirements, and confirm they have met the requirements before returning their proposal. This includes signing the bid, the above-mentioned BEP Utilization Plan (section 1.12), Form A or B which describes the requirements for being registered with the IL Dept of Human Rights, the IL Board of Elections, and the IL Secretary of State's office. Proposals not meeting these requirements will be considered non-responsive. Respondents are also encouraged to address ALL of the bid specifications in their detailed narrative, using the same numbering system as in the solicitation. Proposals with gaps or missing information will be marked down.
