The Board of Trustees of Western Illinois University hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the general contractor for student apartments renovation project.

The University is seeking bids for the renovation of the East Village student apartments. This bid opening is for the general contractor.

Bids will be received up to the hour of 1:40 PM local time, on Thursday, March 13, 2003. Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.

A pre-bid meeting will be held February 26, 2003 at 1:00 pm local time at the conference room located at the Grigsby Physical Plant.
