Western Illinois Univesity is seeking to engage a professional to provide environmental services that are comprehensive and may include facilities, utility sytems, and/or environmental permitting issues, lab testing, leaking underground storage tank testing and remediation design and other various services for environmental assessment work.
Submittal of qualifications must include: a one page summary of why your firm should be considered for selection for this particular project; the CDB Standard Form 255; a minimum of three relevant recent references; examples of projects of a similar nature which includes project estimates and construction costs, provide an owner contact for each example; and any additional information you feel may be useful.
Three copies of the submittal should be sent to Mr. Patrick Dowdall, WIU Physical Plant, Western Illinois University, One University Circle, Macomb, IL 61455-1390.
Only those firms which meet the following qualifications will be considered:
  • Submitted 3 copies of their qualifications.
  • Licensed to practice as an architect, landscape architect, or engineer in the State of Illinois.
  • Pre-qualified with the State of Illinois Capital Development Board.
  • Registered and authorized to do business in the State of Illinois.
Selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
