The Board of Trustees of Western Illinois University hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the reconstruction of Murray Street project (Bid # TR031004).

The City of Macomb and Western Illinois University are seeking bids for the reconstruction of Murray Street. This is a City of Macomb project and will be administered by the City.

Bids will be received up to the hour of 1:40 PM local time, on Tuesday, March 30, 2004. Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.

A pre-bid meeting will be held at 9 am on Thursday, March 18, 2004, at the WIU Grigsby Physical Plant building.
