Project Description
The University is seeking comprehensive design services to assist the University in the installation of a new traction passenger elevator in the University student union. Submittal of qualifications must include: a copy of the Illinois Capital Development Board prequalification; a one-page summary of why your firm should be considered for selection on this particular project; Standard Form 255; a minimum of three relevant recent references; examples of projects of a similar nature, including project estimates and actual construction costs (provide an owner contact for each example); and additional information you feel may be useful.
Three copies of the submittals should be sent to: Mr. Ted Renner; Q.B.S. Committee; Western Illinois University; Grigsby Physical Plant; One University Circle; Macomb, IL 61455-1390.

Only those firms which meet the following qualifications will be considered:
- Submitted 3 copies of their qualifications.
- Licensed to practice as an architect, landscape architect, or engineer in the State of Illinois.
- Pre-qualified with the State of Illinois Capital Development Board.
- Registered and authorized to do business in the State of Illinois.
- Utilize an AutoCAD compatible system to provide documents.
Selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).
