Project Description
Western Illinois University is seeking comprehensive design services to assist WIU in remodeling the existing dining servery for Lincoln, Washington and our newest residence hall. Scope of project work to include demolition activities in existing servery and adjacent support areas, design of mechanical/electrical services for new owner provided food service equipment and dish machine, and other minor remodeling activities in servery and adjacent spaces. Interested professionals are requested to contact Bill Brewer, for a more comprehensive overview of this project and a listing of project deliverables. Submittal of qualifications must include: 1. A copy of C.D.B. prequalification; 2. One page summary of why your firm should be considered for selection on this particular project; 3. Standard Form 255; 4. Examples of projects of a similar nature, including project estimates and actual construction costs, provide an owner contact person for each example; and 5. Additional information you feel may be useful. Three copies of submittals should be sent to: Bill Brewer; Q.B.S. Committee; Physical Plant; Western Illinois University; One University Circle; Macomb, IL 61455. Submittals must be received by 4:00 p.m. on October 24, 2003.
