This solicitation involves a programming study for a single campus facility to accommodate existing and future science laboratory program needs of the University. The scope includes a pre-design evaluation and basic programming. A detailed scope of work is attached to this notice.

Submittal of qualifications must include: 1. A copy of C.D.B. prequalification for all team members; 2. C.D.B. Standard Form 255; 3. Examples of projects of a similar nature, including project estimates and actual construction costs, provide an owner contact person for each example; 4. A one-page statement outlining your teams unique qualifications which the committee should consider in the selection of your team over the others submitting on this particular project; 5. Additional information you may feel to be useful.

Only those firms which meet the following qualifications will be considered:
- Submitted 3 copies of their qualifications.
- Licensed to practice as an architect, landscape architect, or engineer in the State of Illinois.
- Pre-qualified with the State of Illinois Capital Development Board.
- Registered and authorized to do business in the State of Illinois.
Selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).
