The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois is seeking a construction management (CM) team for the Ubben Basketball Complex Expansion project. The project will begin with the Schematic Design and Design Development Phases to better define the scope, schedule, cost and project delivery method. Following the Design Development Phase, the project will seek approval and a funding increase from the University of Illinois Board of Trustees. It is also the University's intent to utilize the same CM firm upon approval by the University of Illinois Board of Trustees for the remainder of the project for construction documents, bidding and construction administration CM professional services.
A mandatory site visit is scheduled for February 6, 2020 at 11:00 am, prevailing time. Meet at South entrance of the Ubben Basketball Complex, located at 1750 South 4th Street, Champaign, Illinois 61820.
