The University awarded a contract for software licenses and software support.
The University is migrating from their existing perpetual software licenses (the Existing Applications) to the UKG Ready software as a service offering. The Universitys Software Support and/or Cloud Hosting services (as applicable) for the Existing Applications shall continue in accordance with UKGs Support policies.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for procurement expenditures for any ongoing software
license or maintenance agreement or competitively
solicited software purchase, when the software, license,
or maintenance agreement is available through only the
