March 10, 2026 - New Two Factor Authentication (2FA) Requirement

To enhance the security of the Procurement Bulletin website and protect user accounts, we are implementing Two Factor Authentication (2FA) as part of the login process.

With this change, all users will be required to complete a 2FA step after signing in.
