NIU is partnering with McHenry County College to utilize a portion of their space to offer students the opportunity to complete bachelor's degrees and, if applicable, graduate degrees, through this collaboration.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for contracts between the State and governments 30 ILCS 500/1-10 (b)(1) Tuition-Sharing Payments.
