Vendor shall coordinate and hire musicians for the Southern Illinois Music Festival from June 18, 2026 to July 4, 2026.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for athletic, artistic or musical services, performances, events, or productions by or for a public institution of higher education. (30 ILCS 500 / 1-13(b)(4)) The festival consist of several musical performances.
