The University awarded a contract for Black Lit Network Website Archives Portal.
Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE), through the SIUE IRIS Center, has contracted with Indiana University to oversee the expansion and redesign of the Black Literature Network website archives portal, through the Mellon Foundation Grant, "The Black Lit Network Project," Subaward #765154-002, from 8/1/2025 through 7/31/2028.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for performing sponsored research and other sponsored activities under grants and contracts funded by the sponsor or by sources other than State appropriations.
