The University awarded a contract for 12Twenty software products for SIUE CDC.
Southern Illinois University Edwardsville is awarding renewal to 12Twenty for continuing use of the software suite currently being used by SIUE's Career Development Center. These products include Pro Edition & Experiential Learning, Outcome Data and Analytics, 2-way Calendar Sync, Command Center & Resource Library, Email Design Studio, and Resume Studio.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for procurement expenditures for any ongoing software
license or maintenance agreement or competitively
solicited software purchase, when the software, license,
or maintenance agreement is available through only the
software creator or its manufacturer and not a reseller ( 30 ILCS 500/1-13 (b)(10)) This renewal is for the continuing use of 12Twenty software. Future renewals ending in 2029 will provide cost reduction from year-to-year agreements.
