Southern Illinois University Edwardsville is awarding continuing contracts to Turnitin Holdings LLC dba Examsoft Worldwide LLC for the continuing usage of Examsoft software products in use by multiple SIUE departments.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for procurement expenditures for any ongoing software
license or maintenance agreement or competitively
solicited software purchase, when the software, license,
or maintenance agreement is available through only the
software creator or its manufacturer and not a reseller ( 30 ILCS 500/1-13 (b)(10)) This award is for continuing use of Examsoft software for multiple SIUE departments.
