The University awarded a contract for YuJa Lumina video platform license.
Southern Illinois University Edwardsville is awarding a renewal to YuJA Incorporated for the continuing use of the Lumina video platform license for the Office of Online Services and Educational Outreach department.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for procurement expenditures for any ongoing software
license or maintenance agreement or competitively
solicited software purchase, when the software, license,
or maintenance agreement is available through only the
software creator or its manufacturer and not a reseller ( 30 ILCS 500/1-13 (b)(10)) This renewal provides another year for the continuing use of the Lumina video platform license by SIUE OSEO.
