Announcement of an Exempt Purchase

Provide software support and maintenance for the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) Gateway Traveler Information System (GTIS) for the period 10/1/2026 through 9/30/2028. This includes hardware/software support, maintenance, and 24/7 emergency support along with HERE (formerly Navteq) geographic database upgrades. Parsons will assist the University with a $6.1M agreement with the Illinois Department of Transportation. Without Parsons we would be unable to maintain the software/hardware systems for the agreement. Value: not to exceed $898,150 for the initial two-year term.
