The University awarded a contract for forensic video and audio research.
Vendor will provide legal video consulting, forensic enhancement and media preparation for audio, video and all digital evidence used in mediation, arbitration, hearings and court for Illinois Innocence Project cases during the term.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for services, commodities, and equipment to support the delivery of timely forensic science services (30 ILCS 500/1-10(b)(13)) forensic services
