1) Align the Bulletin posting with the term of the amended contract;
2) Move some of the estimated costs from the potential future renewal costs to the initial term to account for the implementation costs and five full subscription years; and,
3) Reduce the renewal options from five one-year renewals to three one-year renewals to keep the award within the Code's 10-year maximum contract term limitation, and adjusted the estimate value of potential future renewals accordingly.
